The Story of Saltaire

This film tells the story of the township and mill complex of Saltaire from the initial idea and founding by Sir Titus Salt through to the present day.

Using modern day video footage, computer generated imagery and original Victorian and later photographs the film will give the viewer a fuller picture of the reasons behind Saltaire and a glimpse of the two men behind this remarkable model industrial village.
